Adam & Courtney | Rancho de Colores in College Station, Texas

On a warm evening of May 5th, a beautiful blushing Bride Courtney, married the man of her dreams, Adam. They proudly professed their love for one another at the gorgeous venue Rancho De Colores in College Station, Texas. Skys The Limit Production captured this momentous occasion with such precision and grace, the couple’s day will be a wonderful memory to pass down through the generations.

The couple both originated from Arkansas, being aquatinted from the tender age of 14. From there, Courtney became a morning reporter for KBTX in Bryan, Texas. Adam however, worked up to being a Senior Wealth Associate at Northern Trust in Houston, Texas. As life happened, the two began seeing more of one another, playing competitive golf and seeing each other throughout Facebook. One day, on their Winter break of freshman year, Adam couldn’t help but inquire about Courtney; messaging her the conversation which turned into one that would never end.

The first night of their summer vacation in 2017, Courtney and Adam went to Playa Del Carmen with a group of friends. Later on, Courtney was ushered to the beach for a “group picture” before they went to eat. It was to Courtney’s surprise and Adam’s meticulous planning that he proposed! Courtney flushed with joy saying, “It was so fun being surrounded by friends!”

The day of their wedding, Adam and Courtney exchanged letters, tenderly writing of their love. Courtney appeared in her dress, the carefully sew ruffles swayed gently as she made her way to the alter, her earrings shown in brilliance just like their love. Her smile was the crown she bestowed upon herself, this beautiful blushing bride, gleaming like a diamond. Adam, anxiously waiting for his bride, wore a warm navy suit with a delicate pink tie and his hair smoothed to dapper perfection. His eyes shone like the the ring he placed lovingly on her finger as he stood before God to make Courtney his wife. The crowd was in silent adoration as they witnessed the ceremony. The love and support was so palpable you couldn’t tell the difference of friend or family. The reception had a festive feel, paying homage to Cinco De Mayo. The crowd was buzzing with laughter and cheerful conversation, people dancing in rhythm with one another, and of course the infectious feeling of elation. The reception ended with the newly weds walking forth hand in hand through the sparking archway created by loved ones as they passed. The couple gleamed in such a way, it made the stars that night envious. Warm wishes and congratulations roared from the crowd as their car disappeared into the night.

I would like to personally thank Adam and Courtney for letting us be a part of this most wonderful occasion. It was such a beautiful wedding. Your love speaks legions. I wish you both nothing, but the best and many years of happiness.

Josh & Molly | Red Barn Events in Aubrey, Texas

Josh and Molly are married! The two tied the knot April 21 at the Red Barn Events in Aubrey, Texas. The day was filled with joy and laughter from the time the bride put on her make up until the grand exit. Their rustic wedding theme consist of Malibu blue, sunflowers and burlap.

The couple exchanged letters to one another. I’m not sure what all was said in the letters, but one could tell both messages were filled with nothing, but love and sweet sayings for one another. Molly did a precious first look with her bridesmaids and her father before walking down the aisle to Josh.

In my personal opinion, the officiant gave out the best quote of the day from Molly and Josh’s ceremony; “I was beginning to think this unicorn of a woman didn’t exist until Molly came along”. To add to the cuteness of it all, the couple bought custom cake wedding toppers of themselves. The night didn’t end as planned with the sparkler exit because of the wind and drizzle. Despite the weather, the bride and groom still had family and friends lined up around them cheering and holding their own lights from their phones.

Josh and Molly,
Thank you for choosing Skys the Limit to capture your wedding through both video and photography! It was such an honor being a part of your big day and I can’t wait to see where life takes you two. Congratulations and I wish your marriage nothing, but years of happiness together!

Bragging Rights

The last few months have been such a rush and so busy, but right now I would like to take the time to share and reflect on some of the places my work has been featured this year. Skys the Limit Production is involved with the Iman Project by providing videos of the wonderful workshops they have been setting up in Dallas, Texas. Bree Clarke created these workshops and designed them as a way to bring – as she would say – “Family, Friends & Community together one Farmhouse Table, Design & Workshop at a time.” During March – also known as Women’s History Month – the CW33 featured Bree in an interview talking about her growth as an entrepreneur in Dallas. I was honored to have Skys the Limit Production’s video displayed during the CW interview and create a video that properly represented the hard work Bree has done.

If you would like to know more about Bree’s project and view Skys the Limit Production’s, video visit the CW33 site here.

In addition to having big news on Skys the Limit Production’s videography side, there was also some news for photography, as well! Skys the Limit was also featured twice in VoyageDallas. If you haven’t checked out VoyageDallas before, you definitely need to if you live in the area or taking a visit to the Big D! This site gives you a guide of everything big and small happening in Dallas and last month one of the Editorial Staff contacted me. They asked questions about me and Skys the Limit Production and published the interview soon after. Seeing the article online was very exciting and encouraging, and I definitely owe it to all my past and new clients, so thank you! You can find that article here. The second time getting featured on the magazine was because of a photo I took on April 21, 2018 of one of my brides. I posted to Instagram and the post got featured in an article called “An Artistic Voyage: exploring local creative and artistic works”. If you would love to see the post you can find it here.

This year has already been amazing, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of this year has in store for Skys the Limit Production.
