One of Dallas’s Hidden Gems

Longhorn

The oldest ballroom in North Texas is opening up their doors on February 1, 2018. This is a special venue for couples who have a love for music; this hall has hosted great names like Willie Nelson, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Merle Haggard. Whether you’re looking to tie the knot, celebrate a birthday, or host a concert, the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, Texas is the place where you want to be for your next big event. The Longhorn Ballroom Open House will showcase many vendors around the Dallas-Fort Worth area who provide rentals, catering, floral arrangements, and more.

Skys the Limit Production will be a part of the fun, displaying photography and videography work for small businesses, weddings and other events. You can’t miss us, we’ll be the table with the bright yellow table cloth!

In addition to touring the ballroom, each guest will receive a swag bag along with two drink tickets with your choice of beer, wine, or cocktail. This open house lasts from 4PM to 8PM; to register, click here (its free!). You can find the Longhorn Ballroom at 216 Corinth Street Road. Hope to see you all there!

Update: Putting it all together!

Teamwork Makes The Dream Work

The past couple of weeks have been pretty busy! Every week a new face shows up with new opportunities. I’m ecstatic to see how Skys the Limit Production will become in the future. For the longest, I always searched for engaged couples, families, and graduating students to grow my business with and it wasn’t until just a few weeks ago that my mindset shifted a bit.

When I first arrived in Dallas, I met probably one of the best wedding planner you’d ever have the pleasure on meeting; Jess with Daydream Events. This little lady brought me to all sorts of vendor get-togethers where I was introduced to other great vendors like YOUR DJ, Texas Photobooth, Haywood Cotton Candy and much more. After taking photos for Jess and YOUR DJ, I met with Haywood and began creating videos which led me to The Iman Project + Lavender & Mint Designs. The Iman Project is a boutique agency that sets up unique workshops for ladies to create with friends and enjoy good drinks and food. Lately, I have been making small 35 second videos of the workshops. I have to admit, the workshops and teaming up with different vendors are making my job exciting and unpredictable. I also love the thought that Skys the Limit Production is making a difference for other businesses out there besides just itself.

I believe Skys the Limit Production will see success with working together with other professionals in Dallas. There is value in collaboration and partnership.

Young Love

I’m extremely happy for these two! I’ve never seen a bride so cool, calm and collective. She seemed to carry that vibe all throughout the night. The groom, himself, was outgoing, clever, and pretty hilarious; which makes a great combination for the two. They were so young, but that only means, in life, they get to spend a little more time with each other.

This is Mr. & Mrs. Norsworthy’s first look of their big day. In the final video, you’ll get to hear from the groom’s best man and the bride’s maid of honor as well as some other incredible moments during their celebration.

Love is in the air

This is the McCluskys first look, and I can’t wait to see how it turns out.

The couple were so beautiful and I strongly respected their love for God.

The most peaceful wedding ever was this one here.

I tried my drone for the first time with this wedding, and I’m very happy with the results!

My goal is to keep each video as original as possible. I don’t think it’ll be that hard though. Everyone certainly has a different story that can be told with Skys the Limit.

UPDATE:

Video is posted underneath the “videography” tab as McClusky wedding. It’s so beautiful, you should definitely go check it out!
